My final order with Bobshop
Bobshop stocks great kit, much of which is unavailable elsewhere. However, sticking to their policy of passing on customs charges to UK customers means I will no longer be a patron. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, spending probably around a couple of thousand Euros and for Bobshop not to recognise this is - ironically - somewhat cheap; you are easily big enough to absorb these costs yourselves but choose to ignore a customer’s purchasing history. In context, I’ve just received a fantastic pair of cycling sunglasses from an Italian company, shipped from Italy, arrived in 3 days with zero customs charges passed on to me, AND they threw in a free pair of additional sunglasses worth £115. We didn’t all vote for the predicted disaster that was Brexit!
