Promised delivery date not honoured.
I ordered two items. Delivery of one of them was said to be 1-2 days and it did arrive promptly. Delivery of the second item was 3-5 days. It will be 5 days tomorrow since I ordered it and I have heard nothing about this item. As it is Sunday tomorrow I cannot believe that the promised 3-5 days will be honoured. It is a bit premature to be asking for me to comment on your service when you haven't yet fulfilled the order.
