Great Company and Customer Service
Honestly I don’t know where to begin. Customer service is probably the best that I’ve ever experienced. I ordered some new fencing and post extensions to protect some areas of my yard due to my dog jumping the fence. After placing my order I chose to use self pick up. The next day I received an email apologizing that the fencing was ready for pick up but the posts were not in stock. The missing posts were sent to me directly and arrived two days later. When the posts arrived I didn’t have time to check the order because I was on my way to pick up the fencing that was also ready. The next day I unpacked everything and started working on my fence. Later I realized that one post was missing and called immediately to let them know. After a short, friendly and professional call with Mr. Miltkau (who also sent the apologetic email) I was reassured that the missing post was being sent out as soon as possible. If I ever need anything again I will definitely use this company in the future.
