Retourgeld is na een maand nog niet…
Retourgeld is na een maand nog niet terugbetaald. Artikel is met de door nordic nest geadviseerde service geretourneerd. Heb er al 3 keer naar gevraagd, krijg enkel belachelijke mailtjes terug.

Beste klant, Hartelijk dank voor uw beoordeling. Spijtig om te zien dat u een tijd niks over uw retourzending had gehoord! Helaas heeft de lange retour te maken met dat wij een internationaal bedrijf zijn en gevestigd zijn in Zweden. Hierdoor duurt de retour helaas 2-4 weken, maar wij proberen dit op dit moment korter te krijgen. Inmiddels zie ik dat het bedrag is teruggeboekt naar uw bankrekening. Excuses voor het ongemak!
