Delivery Solved Proffesionallly and Refunded for extra costs
The order was supposed to be delivered yesterday 24 Feb 2026. Unfortunately the order was delayed by 2 days. I have then contacted the customer support via mail with no response in three days. But I got fast support when I called them and the customer service has handled the case with care and proffesion and the order has been delivered today (basically 2 days after the first expected date), thus 4 stars this time. Overall as a repeated buyer I am very satisfied for most of my orders. I appreciate the professinality of the customer service whenever it gets delayed/wrong. Good job Onlineprinters customer service team. I even got a refund for the Express Shipping fee I paid in my original order, thus 5 Stars for their professionality and understanding. I will still continue to buy staff from this company.

Smooth ordering and fast delivery
