    Success after 3rd try

    Finally after 3 tries i was able to receive a device that was working fine. This time the condition was not perfect. I ordered a Macbook with "Very Good" condition and they sent me one which was in "Good" condition. I decided to keep it to avoid this hassle of sending back.

    Device fingerprint sensor was not working

    Fingerprint sensor was not working so had to send it back

    Had to order multiple times to get a working device

    Had to order three times. First time the device headphone slot was damaged. Second time the touch sensor was not working. The third time the device was working fine but was in worse condition. Order "Very Good" but received "Good" condition macbook. The only thing the customer service was telling me was to return the device if i don't like it and order it again. Even after my 3rd device they have absolutely no empathy for me and wanted me to return the device (They didn't offer me price adjustment based on the device's condition but said that if i keep the device then they will offer me 10 euro voucher which cannot be combine with other vouchers). Customer service and Device checking teams need to be massively improved and they need to be more flexible with their customers.
