The products are great and the customer service was excellent and very sustainable. One of the products I ordered was a foldable indoor drying rack. The stand was damaged due to transportation and unlike many other company that replaced the entire products in such a case, Yamazaki sent me only the damaged part. This way, I did not have to send the entire box back to them and I found it very sustainable. The rack can be very small when folded and I could place it in a corner of the living room next to previously purchased plant stands. I am also happy with the tray stand. I could store my new chopping boards there nicely.

Goede service en prijs
De productbeschrijving klopte en het paste op mijn oude Siemens droger. De prijs was concurrerend. Het enige negatieve punt is dat het productnummer van de droger niet beschikbaar was op de website zoals het was van 2012-2013. Ik kon het nog bij een andere winkel controleren en ik had het onderdeelnummer van een oude factuur van Siemens. Toch heb ik voor deze winkel gekozen vanwege de lagere prijs. De service was snel en ik ontving het op tijd. De verpakking was erg goed.
