Less sales pitches, more real conversations.

#trstd connect 2026 Amsterdam. Around 100 partners, members and prospects, an open-air stage at the waterside and conversations that went on long after the programme.

Less sales pitches, more real conversations: #trstd connect is our new event series for members, partners and prospects to exchange experiences, challenge perspectives and learn from each other – just like a proper Community of Trust.

The first event was in Amsterdam on 15 September. The Dutch weather treated us exactly as it should: lots of sun, milky clouds and a bit of wind – just the right conditions for our open-air stage at the waterside.

A morning with our partners

We started the day with an exclusive session for 26 partners. Our partner Factor Blue shared how the online bike equipment shop K-Parts grew its success, and Bookerz showed how review data can be turned into marketing insights that teams can act on. A panel of industry experts closed the morning with "From SEO to GEO: The next era of e‑commerce", a look at how search and discovery are changing in the age of AI.

Around 100 guests, two groups, one conversation

After lunch, members and prospects joined us, bringing the total to around 100 guests. What a crowd – and not the easiest setting for genuine conversations. So we split everyone into two groups that took turns.

One group joined the keynote "AI chooses Brands. Yours?" with Jean-Marc, CEO of Trusted Shops, and Alexander Günsche from AWS. The other sat down at interactive roundtables on:

  • customer trust and changing consumer behaviour
  • growth and marketing strategies
  • the impact of AI on visibility and buying journeys
  • Amazon Web Services

The conversations were far from over

When the official programme ended, nobody was in a hurry to leave. Over drinks and food, everyone had the chance to connect in a more relaxed setting, share ideas and pick up where the roundtables had left off.

Thank you

A huge thank you to all Trustees who made #trstd connect Amsterdam happen – from planning and preparation to the day itself, so many people contributed their time, energy and ideas.

We're especially happy about the feedback from our community: people enjoyed the event, the conversations and the atmosphere. And yes, the #trstd connect merch was a hit too.
